Today’s guest is Lacey Menchen, a Talent Acquisition executive with 15 years of high volume recruiting and leadership experience. I met Lacey almost 10 years ago when she helped to recruit the amazing sales teams we were building at Verengo Solar, and where she ultimately became head of Talent Acquisition. As you will see, Lacey is the perfect example of how to have career advancement, as she has a knack for being promoted over and over again.
For the last five years, she was with SunRun, the largest residential solar installer in the United States. While there, she started as a Sr. Recruiter, was promoted numerous times, and left as the head of the entire Talent Acquisition department. Clearly, Lacey Menchen knows what it takes to move up within a company and I’m so excited for her to share her tips in this episode. On the show, Lacey shares how a job early in her career taught her to face rejection, motivate her team, and relentlessly recruit.
