Today’s guest is Angel Franklin, a dynamic Human Resources executive with experience leading teams for Fortune 500 companies. Her areas of expertise include Employee Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion, Talent Strategy, Performance Management, and Leadership Development. We first met at Tesla when was the architect of our performance management strategy.
As you’ll see in this episode, I was blown away by her ability to come into the organization and immediately gain the buy-in and support from both the organization and business leaders. Angel’s one of the most charismatic and confident people I’ve ever met and I’m excited to share her brilliance in this episode. On the show, she’ll share why she gathers data points from multiple sources before executing any strategy, why she always asks the question what are you trying to achieve, and why it so critically important that any initiative she is working on is focused on enabling the success of the business.
We also learn what lesson she took away while at Kellogg, how intention and commitment help to build her confidence, what tips she has for making a cultural change, and why she leaves space in her day for “flow” and creativity. This show is full of insights like these and others so please into the conversation with Angel Franklin and another episode of Insight Out!
